About SessionKick

SessionKick is an AI session planner built for volunteer grassroots football coaches who need a good plan without losing an evening to drill libraries and blank documents.

The product combines UEFA C coaching experience, weekly testing with a real U8 team, and carefully constrained AI. The goal is simple: produce age-appropriate, high-touch sessions that are genuinely ready to run on the grass.

Every plan includes timings, coaching points, progressions, regressions, and a pitch diagram, with formats designed for both a phone on the touchline and a printed session sheet.
